Considering news gathering

I’m aware there might be new news, but I can't confirm anything without accessing the network. The system settings say it's enabled but with certain conditions. I think I should position my response to avoid asserting recent news, and instead, offer to search when needed. I’ll ask the user what they need: a summary, background information, potential implications, or a source link. This should help narrow down what they’re looking for!
